A radio system answers whether people can reach each other. What a manager has to answer every day is different: where the crew is, whether the job got done, and how to trace what happened when something went wrong. NetFlex connects those questions to the network already carrying the voice.
The four modules are not a feature menu but a progression. Each one can start on its own, and they stack as the site is ready for them.
AI is not a fifth module. It is a layer of comprehension across the other four: turning the day's radio traffic into events, tying those events to location, people and tasks, and giving a manager something to judge from.
Outdoor GIS and indoor floor plans switch seamlessly: search by department, name, staff number or radio ID, and track a key person with one click. History replays segment by segment, with dwell points, floor changes and time-in-zone counted automatically.
When a terminal goes missing or somebody leaves, a remote stun takes it off the network immediately, and a revive restores it once recovered. Offline terminals get the command re-sent on a policy — every 15 s, up to 5 attempts — and are flagged for retry if all of them fail.
A health score quantifies the state of the system live. Master units, remotes, antennas and beacons are monitored as one estate, with optical-path, ALC and VSWR alarms each landing on a named device; the topology view shows link relationships and where the fault sits.
Movement, voice events, task history, response times — information that used to evaporate the moment it happened becomes data you can accumulate, analyse and plan against. Over years, that record is the platform's real value.
No need to commit to everything at once — start with one module and expand once it is proven on site.
Platform and data stay inside your network — for projects with strict data-residency or self-management requirements.
No local server to run; usable from day one, and suited to managing several sites or countries under one account.
Start with the module that hurts most — most clients begin with inspection or personnel safety — then extend once it is running.

The questions we hear most often on selection, certification and delivery.
Didn’t find your question? Ask an engineer →NetFlex connects radios and coverage equipment to one platform for maps and positioning, device health, personnel safety and task and patrol workflows.
No. Modules can be deployed individually and added later.
Positioning features need GPS or BLE capable terminals such as PNR2100; device health and tasks work across the system.
Deployment options are agreed per project; contact our team for on-premises or hosted options.
